BSoD Memory Dumps

Right, everyday or even 2 times a day, i get BSoD Memory dumps which i believe to be caused by the ram. I have also seen 2 shutdown messages (see image).

Which seem to be attributed to lsass.exe, which i can only assume are also partly responsible for the memory dumps.

Does anyone know of any tests i can carry out to see if this is a software or hardware fault?

thx in advance ^_^

Can you tell me the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

CPU runs at 2.2Ghz, FSB 400.

Settings in bios:

CPU External Freq (Mhz) 200

Multiplier 11.5x

Memory Timings

8,3,3,3T

On startup memory reports: Running at 200Mhz Dual channel mode.
