srichtsmeier Posted December 1, 2005 Share Posted December 1, 2005 My problem mirrors that of pparks1 in his post from 11/19, except that I have been carrying mine around a little longer than he. Over time, the USB connector became increasingly loose until finally, it actually fell off. Is this item replaceable under your warranty? From what I read in the "Bad Part" thread, physically damaged items are not replaceable. However, I haven't done anything that could be considered misuse of the product.
