liz.wilson
I purchased RAM (item #80098-6 from zipzoomfly.com) and it was either defective or not compatible with my Dell Dimension 3000 series computer. I have an RMA to return but don't know whether to replace (due to defect) or refund (not compatible with computer). Could you please advise? Thanks! CandyKid
Welcome to the forums, liz.wilson! Dell's are notoriously picky when it comes to adding memory. If you've tried to add this VS module to the computer along side the existing memory, I would highly doubt that it'll work. To do that, you'd be better off buying a System Select module. Check out compatible modules HERE. PLUR CK
