sajjadakhtar77
 Hello How r u. Must be very fine I have got a problem with my 256 Flash memory. Today in the morning, it was working perfectly all right. Then I stored some data on it and wanted to transfer on another computer. When io plugged this in the computer, the message came that the disk in the drive is not formatted, do you want to format it? I said no to it. Then with repeated tries I could not open my flash. Then I thought to format it so that the problem can be solved. But the message in the formatting window appears that this can not be formatted. Now when I plug this in any of the computers, it appears as removable disk in my computer and not by the name I had given to it. Presently it neither opens nor can be formatted. One more problem is that I bought it from Pakistan but presently I am working with United Nations Mission in Sudan . so what can I do in Sudan. Please do something Regards
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 30, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 30, 2005 Your drive may be in write- protected mode. If this is the case you will need to have it replaced. I would highly suggest first contacting your original retailer. If you cannot work through them we would be more than happy to replace it for you directly. Please see the link in my signature, "I think I have a bad part what do I do?" and we will take care of the rest.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 2, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 2, 2006 Please try and format your Flash Voyager with Corsair EZ-Recover Utility. Please note; this will not recover Data; it’s made to recover the FAT table for the Flash drive. But First if you need to recover some data there are some third party utilities available that may help you if you have some data you need to recover from this site.
