Frankjm520
I have a Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394. I have a set (2) CMX5-2700C2 512 MB 333Mhz CL2 that are working just fine in my computer. I have a set (2) of Platinum XMS CMX512-2700C2PT 512 MB 333 MHz CL2 that are returning errors on two different memory tests. The memory test your site recommends, run from a bootable CD and the one from Microsoft, which I ran from a floppy. I made sure the BIOS were current, no over clocking, and no other system problems or tweaks. I removed all memory and checked each one separately. Both of the Platinum series failed and the others are working perfectly. I purchased the RAM probably 2 years ago and have never had any problems until this week. I would like to get a RMA number so I can return the RAM. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. Frank Miller
