jelel Posted November 21, 2005 Share Posted November 21, 2005 i have upgraded memory with 2 banks of vs533 512 mb of the same lot, but sometimes when i power off pc and i want to turn it on after a few seconds it doesn't boot so i must power it off by power supply, can you say me how can i configure in bios the exact spd of memory, now the option is set choose by spd thanks a lot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 22, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 22, 2005 This does not seem to be a memory issue but here are the settings for your RAM if you wish to configure it manually: DRAM Voltage (also called DDR VOLTAGE): 1.9 -------------------- DRAM Clock: 533 MHz SDRAM CAS Latency: 4 SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4 SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4 SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12 All other settings are motherboard defaults.
