Memtest Failure And Blue Screen

Hi,

I have one CMX512-3200C2PT module, and since a few days, i have instability problems and many blue screens and system crashes.

I tested my module with memtest during 8 hours, and was surprised to see that i had more than 3000 errors in 24 pass, and all errors are in test 5.

I have verify the motherboard with another memory and the MB works well.

It is my first serious problem with this memory. Is anythings other to do or to test with this module or should i send it back to corsair for live time warranty remplacement ??? :confused:

Try these settings in your BIOS first to make sure it isn't a configuration issue.

 

DRAM Voltage (also called DDR VOLTAGE): 2.75

--------------------

DRAM Clock: 200 MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 3

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6

All other settings are motherboard defaults.
