Think I have a bad VS512MB400C3

I purchased the memory module on 3/11/05 from Newegg. It worked fine until a month or so ago, when my PC started randomly crashing or rebooting itself.

If I took the vs512 out, (also have one 512mb Mushkin stick) it would run fine. So I purchased a replacement vs512 from Newegg (exact same thing) and now the pc runs fine (with 1 mushkin 512 and the new corsair vs512.

I have run Memtest86, and it passes, but if I run MS's Windows Memory Diag, (both with only the "bad" ram in the pc) it fails one of the tests, don't remember which off the top of my head. I can run it again and post the exact results if need be.

With just this module installe please lod setup deafults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings to "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
