mondouble
i first bought a CMX512-3200C2 rev 1.1 and some month ago i upgrade memory with a CMX512-3200C2 rev 5.1 they are accepted but i have lots of boots problems and at boot blue screens and memory dump can you confirm the full compatibility of thoses memories, i use ASUS P4PE with intel P4 2400 no overcloking.. and using from bios standard SPD not manual and curiously, everest test said performance memory is 2700 and not 3200 ! any help appreciated
Wired
It's not recommended to mix modules of different revisions, but of same part #.

Today's platforms do not like being operated with even mixed revisions of the same memory, let alone mixed models and/or brands of memory. In addition, your Asus P4PE motherboard uses the Intel i845PE chipset, which does not support DDR400 (PC3200) memory. (That is, if you put in DDR400/PC3200 modules, they will run at only DDR333/PC2700 speed no matter what - and filling all three memory slots on that mobo with either three double-sided modules or two double-sided modules plus one single-sided module will default the memory speed to DDR266/PC2100 because the i845PE chipset supports only four rows of memory at DDR333/PC2700.)
