System Crashes with memory module

Recommended Posts

I have two CMX512-3200C2PROs. My system started crashing to the point of blue screens, stop erros and automatic restarts. After much trouble-shooting, including running Memest, changing BIOS settings, and different slot configurations, I took one module out and the system still crashed. I then took that module out and replaced it with the first module. The system now runs fine with no errors. This all seems to point to a bad module.

HT Data Width: (Upstream) 16 Bit

HT Data Width: (Downstream) 16 Bit

Memory Configuration:

Memclock Mode [Limit]

Memclock to CPU Ratio [2:1 (DDR400)]

Bank Interleaving [Auto]

TWR [Auto]

DDR Clock Delay [Auto]

2T Command [Auto]

MT Configuration:
