Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 11, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 11, 2005 Can you tell me on what test you got errors and the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
dark96
I have a bad memory stick and was looking to get an rma. I have already requested for one..but did not get a rma number. I have run memtest on it and found that it is bad, and also i have talked to a tech on the phone, and has also confirmed that it is bad. Was wondering if i have missed a step in obtaining an rma number. thanks for the help

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 14, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 14, 2005 If you talked to us on the phone you just use the case number when you fill out the RMA request or the post ID at the top of your post.
