Bad Memory module. Many Errors

My Win XP installation has been giving me trouble for a few months now. I was getting several error messages and when I rebooted my computer, it took several times before it would startup without errors. I then decided to do a fresh install of XP. After doing this, I got a message that I had an error and it asked if I wanted to send an error report. I did so, and an IE window opened from Microsoft indicating that the error was due to the RAM. It suggested that I download their memory tester, so I did. I ran the test and came up with several errors. The test showed that only 1 of my 2 modules had errors. I took out the bad one and ran the test again and got 0 errors. I would like to get the bad module replaced. I purchased it from ZipZoomFly in Feb of this year and their policy states that after 30 days, warranty issues must be processed through the manufacturer. I am not doing any overclocking and I have not changed any of the default RAM settings in the BIOS. Here is my info:

Corsair Valueram VS1GBKIT400

Sticker on module states: VS512MB400 lot 0448038-0

ASUS P5GDC Deluxe MB

P4 3.0

Thank you

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
