eostly
Hello, I believe I have a bad RAM module. It is a CMX512-3200PT. I purchased two modules for use with a Intel D865PERL MB using a 2.53 Ghz P4. One of the modules works great. When I put in the other module the system will either not boot up or fails at different points during system boot. It just dumps the OS and does a reboot. I tried to remove the one that works and put in the one that doesn't and the system won't boot at all. It doesn't matter if I start with a fresh system or use an existing configured system it won't come up. I attempted to get a replacement from Fry's Electronics (which is an adventure anyway) but they no longer sell that unit and told me to contact you directly. How do I start an RMA? Thanks, Erik
