johnnyboy
I am having trouble with my Corsiar Memory (TWIN2X1024-5400C4 ) I get BSOD errors in windows and have to restart the computer... I have confirmed that the memory is the problem using the Windows Memory Diagnostic program.. Other memory works fine in this motherboard, and this memory shows errors in another computer with a different MB model. You can see from the attachment that is fails the WMATS+ portion of the test. I would like exchange this chip but I wouldn't like to be without a computer for 1-2 weeks while waiting for the new chip. Can I purchase a chip from Corsair and then be credited for it when you receive my old chip. I would be interested in any return policies (even I have to buy another chip temporarily) that can do that. Thanks,
