Prelude514
Hi ramguy, I've recently purchased a 1GB kit from vibecomputers.com, and one of the mudules are bad. I've tested it with memtest86+ v1.65 and it spits out countless errors with one of the modules. vibe won't replace it as they only have a 30 day warrenty. I was wondering if it would be possible to only rma one of the two 512 sticks as this is a clients computer and I don't want to make him wait however long this whole process will take. Here is the specific part and a link to the vendor's web site: CORSAIR VS1GBKIT400 VALUE SELECT DUAL CHANNEL PC3200 2X512MB 400MHZ http://www.vibecomputers.com/index.cfm?loc=iview&vid=200864 Thanks for your help, Philip

Prelude514
Hi RamGuy, Sorry to bother you again, but I procrastinated a little (a lot) with the RMA, and I haven't sent the module in yet.. I was wondering if this RMA is still valid, or if I need to start the process over again. I also seem to have misplaced (deleted perhaps? ) the email that was sent to me with all the information I need to send the ram in. Could you please provide me with the information I need? Thank you, Philip Montgrain
