jamie66 Posted November 1, 2005 Share Posted November 1, 2005 I have a stick of Corsair CMX512-4000 that is bad Have tested using memtest86+ for 10 hours 1 module fails constantly in all 4 DIMM slots of my motherboard, the other one tests fine without a single error manually set the timings in the bios to what it is rated 3-4-4-8 and tried the voltage from 2.7 to 2.9 but still get errors the cpu is set at 200mhz have tried the memory on a pentium 4 pc but get the same errors cpu amd64 3200+ motherboard asus a8n-sli deluxe psu enermax 460 leadtek 6600gt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 1, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 1, 2005 If you are not over clocking I would set the timings to Cas 3-3-3-8 at 2.7 Volts and test the suspect module again.
