Flash Voyager 2GB won't work properly

On my computer, it claims that I need to have USB 2.0 installed

On my other computer, it claims that it is an unknown device

Other flash drives work properly on both computers

I have had this for less than an year, and it was working until a few days ago

What do I do?

From looking at these pictures it looks like the USB 2.0 driver is not installed from the MB maker. Please make sure that you have the correct drivers installed. If so then lets try replacing your drive.
