MDC
I submitted a form via TSExpress but haven't heard anything in over 48 hours. I have tested all my RAM in the same slot and 1 reports as bad as soon as MEMTEST starts. Here is all the details taken from the TSExpress form. Do I wait for a reply to that??? The client contacted support on 10/24/2005 6:02:00 AM regarding a problem with their Motherboard Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro and the module part # CMX512-2700C2. Michael says that their problem is best described as "The memory used to work in this system, but just stopped working. Michael's CPU listed as AMD 2500+ Michael's Power Supply listed as [ not provided ] Michael's Video Card listed as ATI 9800 Pro The Memory Settings are listed as SPD Michael also provided these comments: I ran MEMTEST86 on this module and all my other modules in the same slot. This module is the only one to cause errors and the errors happen right away. Michael is not overclocking their motherboard/system. After running memtest, Michael reported that "I have two or more modules in my system, at least one PASSES Memtest, AND at least one FAILS Memtest." At this point Michael has indicated that one or more of their modules fails memtest, and an RMA was requested. No Overclocking Results Provided.
