abit kn8 ultra + Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2 DDR-DIMM 2048MB

i have Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2 and a abit kn8 ultra mb + amd x2 3800+.

memory is set a cas latency 3.0 but spec is 2.0, if i set it to 2.0 manually, system wont boot and i need to clear cmos.

 

any idea why ?

Tested at aggressive latency settings
of 2-3-3-6 for all platforms.

what is what here ? trc ? tras? ras ?

I would set the memory voltage to 2.7 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org to be sure. And you can follow the link in my signature for the tested settings.
