MrTree
Hi, I just bought a Gigabyte K8NXP-SLI (BIOS F9) and two pairs of TWINX1024-4400C25 but I'm not able to get the System working over 220 MHz memory clock. I tried different settings, CPU and HT oc'ed or not but it won't work. Could you please give me any advice? Has somebody tried the Bios F10s(Beta)? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 26, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 26, 2005 I would not expect this MB to over clock that well or any MB with 4 modules, but I would try and set the memory frequency at DDR333 and set the timings to Cas 2-3-2-6 with the Ras to Cas set to "3" and set the Dim Over Voltage Control to +.2 Volts and see if the system is more stable. MrTree
But I didn't buy those 4 expensive Modules to run them at about 200 MHz and the Corsair Page told me these are the best RAMs for oc. My system runs stable at CPU 2400MHz (240x10) RAM 200 MHz CPU/12(in BIOS DDR 333). If I wanted to reach Cas 2-3-2-6 or better at 200 MHz I would have bought the 3200XL Modules. This isn't satisfying!
