Machine randomly blue screens while playing games: nv4_disp, memory management and another one I forgot. Infact most games crash to desktop if not outright blue screen, also weird behavior in other applications. For instance WinRar while unpacking a file gave a CRC error but when I reran it, the file extracted fine.

I've messed with the memory voltage 1.5-1.75v, manually entered the memory specifications in the BIOS, with no luck. Fresh install of Windows XP Professional (32-bit) with Service Pack 2 did not cure the problem.

Latest drivers for everything.

Oh yea purchased the memory about around June 2004.

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.8 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
