1 GB Corsair Flash Voyager

Well, i had my stick 3 days here... and it didnt work anymore...

 

When i insert it now, my system will go sloooowwww and doesnt open MyComputer or anything, and i cant format it orsomething in any way...

 

What should i do now? :[pouts:

 

(It's bought in Norway, i am on the Netherlands Antilles)

Do you have another system you can test the drive with?

Please try the following to reinstall your flash drive and see if you can get it working correctly again:

 

Plug in the flash drive

Right click on My Computer

Choose Properties

Switch to the hardware tab

There should be a button like "Device Manager". Click on this.

Find your flash drive on this list. Right click on it and choose uninstall.

Unplug the flash drive, wait a few seconds then plug it back in.

You should now get a new hardware wizard dialog from which you can reinstall the drivers.

After reinstalling the drive test it again to see if it is working correctly and let us know. Thanks!

If that does not solve the problem, we will be happy to replace it.

Ok, did that, and same prob.... also did the thing on my PC, and rebooted 2 times for it (i never reboot) :eek: but ok... it doesnt work, ill request a replacement :(:

one more thing, where do i find the "Module Part Number"? :confused:
