My specs are:

560j P4

2x1gig Corsair pc6400 Pro

Asus P5LD2

600w Sintek SLI PSU

Win XP pro

7800-gtx

I have my pci-e set to 100 & my pci set to 33. I cannot get this mem to do anything better than 285 on the 400 Ram Ratio setting (1:1) I have tried the 533 but its still not any better. My ram is at 2.0v now but was at 2.3v to get it to the highest fsb.

The tightest timings I can get are 4-2-2-5 but thats only good to 250. Stock timings get me to 285. I have tried to loosen them but it doesnt' do any good.

Yes, I have the cpu multi feature set to 14x

This ram has the Micron D-9 ICs...everybody else is able to get 1,000 out of them.

Anyone got any ideas?

Where are you reading they have micron D-9 ICs? IIRC, no DDR2 sticks are currently in the IC Inquiry thread (the only official and correct IC list).
