bad stick :(

I recently switched in a new MB and proc, replacing my old MSI/p4 system. I had a gig (2x512) of corsair value select DDR RAM in the old system, and it ran smoothly and solidly. This, however, is not the case with the new MB. Windows wouldn't boot, and passed a MACHINE_CHECK_ERROR before going to a soft-reset. Thinking this could be a RAM issue, I fired up memtest, and sure enough, one of the DIMMs was failing at 00020ee697c. I tried the test both at 200mhz and 160mhz, and with HyperTransport running at 1.6 instead of full speed... Looks like I've got a bad module, what should I do?

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
