Question About Policy

If I were to use the Corsair Memory Configurator and purchase the recommended product from an authorized reseller (my case newegg) and that product does not work on my computer (the computer where the ram was recommended for by corsair+newegg), is it possible to get a full refund if the problem can not be resolved? Newegg offers refunds for a certain period of time but there is a 15% restocking fee, and I see nowhere info about shipping fees. We were planning to keep this product forever but since it didn't work in the computer we want our money back to be able to purchase more ram; or for corsair to send RAM that will definetely work with the system. Please see technical issues thread http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43828

Simple answer: NO.

Why? Because Corsair didn't sell you the memory, ergo they don't have your money to refund back to you. Refunds are between you and your reseller.

Corsair will replace them with the same part # / revision # if they deem it necessary under the warranty policy of course.

We would have no problem replacing your modules, but please try and load setup/optimized defaults with just our modules installed and then test the system with http://www.memtest.org. If you still have a problem, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
