NEED RMA Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT

I bought this:

Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT 1GB DDR400 XMS3200

Dual-Channel Memory w/Platinum Heat Spreader Retail

And put them with this:

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nForce3 Ultra Athlon 64(FX) Skt939

DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, Dual LAN, RAID/Serial ATA Retail

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Processor Socket 939 Retail

Running 1GB(512 MB X2) Dual Channel (Set-up correctly). I tried relaxing the timings(among many other things), finally I booted 1 stick at a time and tried to confirm a RAM issue. One of the sticks is deffinitly bad and will not work in either RAM slot. I also tried booting memtest while running both DIMMS with no avail....? My symptoms were; random rebooting and, an after reboot error that said something about sysdata.xml and minidump...google research confirmed that usually this is caused by faulty RAM. Since I took the bad module out my system, I have had zero problems. No more reboots, no more errors. I'm open to suggestions but, I am fairly confident that this module is bad.

What's my next step?

Thanks

Doug

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS3200C2 Cass 2.5-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
