Hi,

my question to the RAM GUY:

I have red your recommendation to set VDD=2,75 V for the TWINX1024-3200LL. Is this recommendation also valid for the TWINX512-3200LL?

I have the P4P800 Deluxe and 2x TWINX512-3200LL. With the new setting

VDD=2,75 V the Memtest86+ brings the same results as with the old setting

VDD=2,50 V.

Greetings

The Dimm Voltage of 2.75 will work for the TWINX512's as well.

When refering to Memtest results are you getting errors?

If you are running two TWINX512 sets, are the Version #'s the same for both sets?

Hi,

thank you for answer, CMC SAVAGE.

Both TWINX512-3200LL have the signature "XMS 3205 v1.2".

I believe, when Memtest86+ v1.6 shows the same results (Memory speed 2544

MB/s and no failures at timings 2,5-3-2-6) for VDD=2,5V and VDD=2,75V, then

has VDD=2,75V no advantage, only more current consumption for memory.
