Sent wrong modules after replacement RMA

I was supposed to be sent a matched dual channel pair of CMX512-4000PRO pro modules to equal 1GB. When I submitted my RMA form I wrote down my product as being two CMX512-4000PRO Modules not thinking to just put TWINX1024-4000PRO. Instead of receiving a matched dual channel pair I received two separate CMX512-4000PRO modules. I have tried contacting you RMA rep. Georgette numerous times but I am receiving no response from her. I need to have these incorrect modules replaced asap as they are for a customer. My previous RMA number was R90290 please poinit me in the right direction as to what to do next to get these modules returned to you once again so that I can receive the right ones. Thanks!
