Blue Screens

Purchased in June two VS512MB400's. First worked fine. Then, blue screens happened.


Since I have two computers, I changed all the parts one by one to finally identify that the modules were the root cause.


I brought them back where I had bought them but since I do not the packaging anymore, the retailler does not want to take them back. He has checked them and confirmed the failure.


How do I get the Corsair warranty to operate?
