This the second time coming here in 5 months.... :[pouts:

But you guys are still the best.

Anyway, Recently Ive been having alot of corrupt files. I asked a forum and they said to test my memory.

I did with Memtestx86 and both sticks have numerous errors. My memory is

XMS pc3200 2x512 = 1 gig.

Can I get RMA?

What CPU / FSB / Motherboard do you have?

What is the exact part # and revision # of each stick? Is it a TwinX pack?

How To Read the Memory Label

If you have more than one stick, have you tested one stick at a time in each slot using Memtest86+?

Do I need to go through this again? Ive sent you guys this info before.

I have a DFI Lanparty 2 b nforce 2 ultra 400 mcp-t

AMD XP - M 2800 FSB is 200 (400.)

No its not the TwinX its just 2 XMS.

That's why the PC specs are now an option as a dropdown, so you don't have to repeat them over and over again. Thanks for filling them out.

However, 2x512 Corsair XMS PC3200 isn't specific enough. That only narrows it down to 8 or so models.

What is the exact part # and revision # of each stick?

CMX512-3230c2pt

xms3202v5 1

0504004 - 1

XMS3200 512mb 400mhz cl2

Are you overclocking that CPU?

Correct timings:

CAS Latency (tCL): 2.5

RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3

Row Precharge (tRP): 3

Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6

Memory Voltage: 2.75 Volts

All other settings to defaults.

Test one stick at a time in the same slot using memtest (all default speeds, no OC'ing). (you didn't specify before if you tested one at a time).

Okay, I did that. Still loads of issues. (Errors)

I am OCing it slightly, but that shouldnt do ANYTHING to the memory. The defaulted speeds for my CPU were 333 not 400. So I made my memory prime. So OC on the memory though.

I did it one at a time.

Still errors.

I am sorry but our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday Thru Friday excluding holidays. Your first post was on Saturday, and we moved to a new location over the weekend so we are a little behind.

Can you tell me the exact bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
