Bad Memory

I recently bought a some memory and installed it on my new computer. It worked fine for about a few days and then it would restart the computer all of a sudden. Since I had bought the Value Series (VS1GBKIT533D2), I thought it might be due to possible over heating. I bought some heat spreaders for the ram and it still did not make any difference. I bought some new ram (TWIN2X1024A-4300C3PR) and everything works fine now. So after reading through the forum, I put the old ram back in and ran the memory test recommened. Sure enough, there were lost of errors. What can I do to get this memory (VS1GBKIT533D2) replaced? Just in case you need to know my system specs are now:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-8I945P-PRO

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 630

Video: GIGABYTE GV-RX30128D

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE WD2500J

RAM: TWIN2X1024A-4300C3PR

Thank you for you help.
