Nem1626861706 Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Hi, I purchased some twinx 4400 about 7 months ago (2xCMX512-4400025PT) which has worked flawlessly until approx 2 days ago when I started experiencing random errors in the OS. I re-imaged the machine and found I was still getting the error so I ran memtest to see if the memory was playin up, one of the sticks will error within seconds of starting the test and the other is fine with no errors. When I RMA the memory will I have to send both sticks back? Thanks for you help,
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 3, 2005 Corsair Employee Posted August 3, 2005 Yes, if you send purchased them as a Twinx set that is how you should submit the RMA request. And you do have the DDR/Dim Voltage set to 2.7X-2.8 volts, right? Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
