Ganzir Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 http://www.techpowerup.com/memdb/ The link posted above contains various data about many differt types of memory although Corsair XL. The page states that Rev1.1 as well as Rev 1.2 are using TCCD. My question is: Are ther newer revisons than 1.2 and are TCCD the only chips used for XL memory? In an other Hardware-Forum I read the following: Auf den neuen Xl wird afaik "nur" TCC5 verbaut. For those of you who aren´t that good in german I´ll give you a quick translation: "As far as I know new XL(Rams) are produced with only TCC5" Is that true? And is there a page where CORSAIR states wich Chips they use on their memory? Thx in advance Greetz Ganzir
Wired Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 1. That database is wrong on soooo many levels. 2. ALL XLS ARE MADE WITH TCCDs. 3. http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/showthread.php?t=35940
