Ram Guy...

The settings on my Mother Board are not in line with the needed settings of my ram. Did I make a mistake buying this ram? The early write-ups on the MOBO stated it could use fast ram...then a change was made in the Bios that didn't allow high speeds. Then there was a revision on the stated speed of the ram. Can I go back to the early Bios ver. Can I get a modded Bios...what do I do from here?

Thank you Ram Guy,

Lou

Please define exactly what isn't 'in line' so that we may narrow your question down a bit!

Thanks,

Sir,

The specs of the ram for fastest speed settings are not avail. on this MOBO. I need help in getting more out of the ram speed wise, or I over bought ram for this MOBO...both the specs have been changed...MOBO & ram. now they don't match. Does this make any sense. I thought the MOBO could use faster ram, now I find that they changed the bios...I bought the fast ram to get better performance, now I can't use the ram speed, or I don't know how to set the MOBO ram speed settings...HELP..I am just learning...back from trip now and ready to answer any question...thank you, Lou

Yes, you can flash your BIOS with an older version.

Sir,

I can not find an older version on Intel's site. Could you help me find one please.

Are there any modded bios versions avail. and where would I find them?

Thank you very much,

Lou
