Bad Module ValueSelect

Bought 2 DIMMs of Corsair VS512MB400 512MB DDR400 PC3200 CAS2.5 memory, and one of them gone bad. I have run Memtest86, and receiving over 100 errors until I stopped it. I have ran the test on three different machine, the other stick is good only one is bad. I don't think I can work with my vendor NewEgg since it has been over a month. I checked your faq and my understanding is posting here. Another question is I bought it is US but I am now in Canada, can I send the RMA from here ?? Thanks in advance!
