Aeis Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 I have a matched pair of Value Select Memory sticks (Part No. VS1GBKIT400). My machine has been crashing and I have now tried MemTest86+ on both my machine and with the Memory in another similarily speced machine and both crash on Test 5, failing at the same address each time. It also fails on Prime 95 and HotCPUTester. I have contacted my vendor who is less then heplful and has told me to contact Cosair direct. I live in the UK and wondered if you have a UK specific RMA procedure or if I need to go through this procedure? Either way can you please advise. Best regards Aeis.
