andr50 Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 I dont know if this is the best forum to post this in, so if im wrong, please move it. I was one of the 4 winners in 3dPalaces 1gb Flash VOyager giveaway. Less than 3 months after recieving it, I dropped my keyboard, knocking the drive out of my front USB port. Needless to say, the tip of the FlashVoyager broke off. I doubt I have a warranty, since it was a contest prize, but is there any way I can get it fixed? I feel bad about it, and hope that something can be done, without me buying a new one. So, what can I do?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 18, 2005 Corsair Employee Posted July 18, 2005 We would need to inspect the drive. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
andr50 Posted July 21, 2005 Author Posted July 21, 2005 Allrighty, I submitted an RMA Online about 3 days ago, and never recieved a reply. Its this thread not a proper request/ticket, or should I just re-submit it, like the link in your sig says?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 21, 2005 Corsair Employee Posted July 21, 2005 Please either call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" or follow the link in my signature "If you have submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply!"
andr50 Posted July 21, 2005 Author Posted July 21, 2005 Allright, Thanks, I got a reply, with my number and whatnot. But my last question, when I send the drive in, do you want me to just send the drive, or the entire product? (lanyard, CD, etc)
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 22, 2005 Corsair Employee Posted July 22, 2005 You should ask our customer service, but I think you just get the drive. 888-222-4346 and dial "0" that will take you right to them.
