Warranty/Repairing a broken FlashDrive?

I dont know if this is the best forum to post this in, so if im wrong, please move it.

I was one of the 4 winners in 3dPalaces 1gb Flash VOyager giveaway. Less than 3 months after recieving it, I dropped my keyboard, knocking the drive out of my front USB port. Needless to say, the tip of the FlashVoyager broke off.

I doubt I have a warranty, since it was a contest prize, but is there any way I can get it fixed? I feel bad about it, and hope that something can be done, without me buying a new one.

So, what can I do?

We would need to inspect the drive.

Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!

Allrighty, I submitted an RMA Online about 3 days ago, and never recieved a reply.

Its this thread not a proper request/ticket, or should I just re-submit it, like the link in your sig says?

Allright, Thanks, I got a reply, with my number and whatnot.

But my last question, when I send the drive in, do you want me to just send the drive, or the entire product? (lanyard, CD, etc)

You should ask our customer service, but I think you just get the drive.

888-222-4346 and dial "0" that will take you right to them.
