1GB CORSAIR xms PC3200 FAILED, MEMTEST3.2 & WINDOWS MEMTEST

Hello.I have a failing corsair memory module, puchased at zipzoomfly on 6-1-05. I was getting random windows blue screens for no reason, and I downloaded memtest3.2 and a microsoft memtest program, both have found errors in 1 of the memory modules, ran the test with both sticks in and it found errors. I ran both sticks separately, 1 stick runs great but the other one show errors on both memory test.The pc runs great with the good stick installed.Where do I go from here????
