Zohan2000 Posted Saturday at 07:49 AM Posted Saturday at 07:49 AM on win11, the other media keys work but not the mute button or volume wheel, unsure as to why this is happening, any advice or things i can try? thanks in advance
c-attack Posted Saturday at 12:58 PM Posted Saturday at 12:58 PM A forced firmware update is likely the first move. Go to CUE settings gear > Devices and find the keyboard. Check for a firmware update and it will come with latest or up to date, but reveal a drop down menu with 'force update'. Follow the prompts and the keyboard will reload it's current firmware. This will not erase any settings or memory. If that does not work, your other option is the ESC key 'soft reset'. Be aware this will erase any stored profiles on the KB and put it back to it's factory settings. I am less inclined to think this will work, but it's really the only other tool. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-Keyboard-Troubleshooting-Guide-Quick-Solutions-for-Common-Problems Is this problem universal across all apps and Windows? Or selective and only won't work in some apps?

c-attack Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago One last check -- quit CUE from the task bar. KB should drop into HW mode. Do mute and the roller still not work? If there is not change in HW mode, then contact Corsair Support. You've done the user side things you can do. It could be physical. Both of those will share the same circuit panel.
