KG216 Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Hello, I'm trying to figure out why I don't have the option to create a repeating macro anymore in iCUE? Something simple like hitting one key and wanting it to continuously toggle on and off doesn't seem to be an option anymore? There used to be an action repeat function, what happened to it?
BlaiseP Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I'd suggest trying a repair (or a fresh install) of ICUE, here's a screenshot of my K95 Platinum RGB under the latest ICUE (v5.21.107) and I have the "Assignment Repeat" function you are missing... 1
BlaiseP Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Sorry, I couldn't edit the previous post (said it didn't exist), so... Just to make sure it wasn't some skullduggery specifically with the G-keys, I tried it again with the "G5" key (I already have G1 & G2 assigned via the Stream Deck app) and it was the same as my previous screenshot - the "Assignment Repeat" functionality is present. 1
c-attack Posted November 22 Posted November 22 (edited) It looks like you are in hardware mode (Device Memory Mode). That does change the list of options as the keyboard must be able to execute the action independently from it's own memory and MCU and without any additional software support. I don't play around enough in hardware mode to remember if there has been a recent change, but I suspect not. The toggle function in DM Mode you are limited to toggling on/off what you can do in the record box. Edited November 22 by c-attack 1
