Hi everyone I've a problem with iCue 5.21.107 clean install, I see everything connected to the hub but I cannot change the LCD screen view and iCue find Asus products but don't sync it . Does anyone have the same issue? I've this mainboard Asus X870-F Gaming Wi-Fi and this graphic card Asus RTX 4070

Yes, the LCD screen setup option should still be there right under "effetti di illuminazione" even when Murals is activated.  I will assume it's also missing when Murals is not active.  Try the easy solution first.  Shut down the PC and flip your PSU off.  Hold down the case power button for 10-15 seconds.  This will drain any remaining power from the PSU.  Disconnect and reconnect the LCD top's USB-C cable.  Doesn't matter whether that's at the motherboard or pump side.  PSU back on and start normally.  This should force all CUE devices to do a full connection check on start up.  If this does not work, then we have to get into some deeper cleaning and checks.

Can you show us the Motherboard device page in CUE?  (the one when you click on the motherboard picture).  I have not had a chance to play with any of the new X870/E or Z890 boards, but based on what others are reporting there are two possible issues in play.  First, I don't think CUE is updated to work with the new boards.  There were initial reports of this on the days the board launched, so unless there was something in the 5.21 update the other day it still won't work.  The second possibility is motherboard specific.  I have a Z790 Hero.  There's nothing for CUE to control on my board except the two 12v RGB headers. CUE does not control 5v addressable headers by design and it is not able to control the complex "Polymo" lighting Asus uses on some the motherboards.  I just scanned the product page for your board and I don't think you have this, so it's probably the first reason but you never know with Asus.

The strange thing is that when I install iCue and after Armoury Crate and Asus plugin it work, after a couple of reboot it doesn't work. The option for the LCD screen doesn't appear never and I format the PC 3 times...

I think time to contact Corsair Support on the LCD screen.  There have been a couple users who report this with the LCD screen and just can't ever get it to be recognized.

If you can't get past the chatbot, there is a customer service phone number and supposed to be a chat option, but it appears some restructuring has been implemented so I am not sure how viable the other options are at the moment.

Hey, are you able to confirm for me if you go to settings > Bluetooth and Devices and check if you have something called Mystic Lighting or something similar ? Im curious if a issue similar to yours that I'm having is something to do with that. I believe mystic lighting is a MSI rgb controller app or something similar but it comes preinstalled with the new install of windows with their bios update stuff.

OP is going to have some Asus services instead for both the MB and GPU.  It is possible MSI Mystic Light (or its other named versions) is blocking communication.  It is less of an issue than it used to be, but still possible  since those MB control programs change as often as CUE does.  I don't know about MSI, but Asus has a hidden BIOS switch to automatically start a download and install of its Armory Crate RGB control package unless you block it.

If you've done the power cycle and connection checks and it still doesn't show, it is likely to be a file configuration problem.  This is especially true if you had a prior CUE installation before adding the LCD top.  Do a clean install of CUE.  If that does not resolve it, contact Corsair Support.

I had iCue installed before. Tried to clean everything i could. Struggled a little with corsairllaccess64.sys file but i finally removed it.
Reinstalled iCUE and still same result. Will try again and if it wont work then i will wait for new hard drive to reinstall windows.

I had the same issue, but with Titan 360 AIO. USB-C controller on pump block is the issue. Display was showing temp but couldn't get recognised by pc no matter the troubleshooting I did. Just RMA the unit

A new unit solved my issue. It was a faulty usb controller within the pump. It happens. Everything you plug on pc (if plugged correctly!) should work as intended. If not, then it's probably a hardware issue which can only be solved with a replacement.

Upon I installed a new unit, Windows and iCue recognized the display. You can check this in Device Manager or in Windows settings -> Devices.

Since your AIO is recognized in iCue, it means you have power and your unit is working, so is your motherboard, your Windows and your iCue. However, it can't fetch the data to the display cause the LCD can't receive the data. It's a hardware issue.

RMA the unit
