Yoorion Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Hi, I just put on my computer and I got an error on my iCUE150i and the processor temp is upping quickly. At the start iCUE150 show the temp and change quickly to an error display. See the attached file. Is there anything I can do? Thanks
c-attack Posted November 13 Posted November 13 That's the pump fail icon and the rapid CPU temp rise suggests the pump was in fact not running. Shutdown the PC and flip your PSU off. Hold down the case power button for 10 seconds to drain any remaining power. Pop off the LCD top and remount. Disconnect the wide power/data cable from Commander Core and reconnect it. PSU back on and boot up. You can stop in the BIOS to see if the CPU temp is rapidly escalating or already too high from the previous attempt. If so, contact Corsair Support to start the RMA process.
Yoorion Posted November 14 Author Posted November 14 Thanks, I will test your solution as soon as possible.
