LED Colors in Wrong Spots

I'm having an issue where my fans' LED colors aren't aligning as they do in iCue. These are all the QX120 model.

If you look at Photo 1, that's exactly what I see in iCue, and the picture of my fan shows how they appear in real life. The LEDs are not applying to the correct sides, and this issue occurs with every fan. Photo 2 also shows how they look in real life but visualized in iCue, which might make it easier to see. The reds are all on the correct side, the blues are on the opposite sides, and the greens are completely off. iCue identifies the fans as "iCue Link QX RGB," and I think that's correct because they look fine in the software, but I can't find where to manually adjust them if that's not the case.

What's weird is that this issue just randomly started happening. They were working fine for a few months, and then suddenly, this started. I didn't change anything or update their firmware. I did update iCue once, but the issue didn't start until weeks after that. The fans also don't currently have any firmware updates available. I've tried unplugging them and plugging them back into the computer, completely uninstalling and reinstalling iCue, and checking for updates, but I still haven't figured out what's causing it. The same issue happens in device memory mode.

Sorry, I made a mistake and it won't let me edit the post. That photo 2 isn't a visual representation of how it looks in iCue. It's what I have to do to make the actual fan look correct. I've uploaded an updated Photo 2 here. This configuration allows my real fan to have the reds on the front and the whites on the back. The greens still do nothing, and there's still an LED that's off in the rear center.
