KaitainCPS
The latest iCue (5.19.101) shows me my dashboard for temp sensors, but won't show the H115i cooler or allow any options to control it. It's as if it doesn't exist. However, when iCue starts up it DOES alter the behavior of the H115i, setting the hue of the cooler block to the solid color associated with low end temperatures in my last saved profile. Until I start iCue up the cooler block just goes through a default color cycle. So iCue clearly sends a message to the cooler on startup. It just doesn't seem to want to acknowledge that it exists in any other ways. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried dropping down to iCue 4 as well, but that just seemed DOA, showing nothing at all - no cooler, no temps, nothing. iCue 5 does at least have sensors running, but it's not particularly useful otherwise. KaitainCPS
It also seems to know what modules to install automatically, yet displays no actual options for the device.
c-attack
Interesting CUE 4 doesn’t pick it up either. That somewhat precludes a software bug since v4.33 is years old and your H1xx Pro was around back then. I’d focus on the usb cable itself and the motherboard connection point, especially on an AMD X570 or B550 board. Swap the usb 9 pin connector to the other internal usb 2 port to force a change. Have you been using a powered USB hub all along? Any recent bios update that coincides with the issue?
