Cafrienzy
So I was using iCUE 4 and wanted to update to the newest version (5). During the installation it said I had an older version installed which needed to be removed. I said OK Started unpacking and afterwards displayed it couldn't uninstall the older version. After trying to fix it with turning-off/deleting services and registry-entries, still didn't work. I did see that the older version it's referring to is: v3.30.89 So I figured I'd install that one, so I'd be able to uninstall it. This setup now complains that CorsairLLAService and CorsairService could not be installed and I should check if I have the correct access/rights to do so. Is there any way to solve this issue? I'm kinda lost here. Setting permissions on the setup-file didn't help, because the only thing that can't be granted is permission on "special actions" (which I assume is access and install service files) FYI: I am on an administrator account I did get rid of most (if not all) Corsair services, files, folders, registry-entries (to try and start clean) log files for both v5 and v3.30.89 are included Thanks in advance Jeff Log_v5.pdf Log_v3.30.89.pdf
