k55 K55 CORE RGB's N-KRO not working...

Hi all,

Just made a new account to post this in hopes of help.

I recently bought a K55 CORE, and at first it was working well, but recently some inputs just... don't work.

Specifically, W+Space doesn't let me use the "4" key, and holding down both Shift keys won't let me use the "X" key (tried the "THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG" method)

I tried booting into Safe Mode. No dice.
Looked for "Citrix Workspace" in installed apps (since apparently that's an issue for a bunch of people). Nothing.
Tried holding ESC while it was being plugged in, no luck, tried FN+F4, no luck.

I used a DIFFERENT keyboard, the Steelseries Apex 100, and I could use that specific key combination with 0 issues.

So, any help? I submitted a ticket but I really don't want to wait for an RMA (I bought it from Walmart, so if anything, I might try an exchange first... but we'll see what Support has to say.)

I'd appreciate any tips on the matter. Thanks to all.
