LS100 video lightning does not work SOLUTION FOUND

Hi everyone, after some research on my pc, I've found the solution when the video lighting doesn't work with the LS100, check carefully if you don't have software like TeamViewer / Virtualbox installed, in general these software install virtual screens, you have to uninstall these software first so that Icue takes your real monitor as default monitor, and only then you can reinstall the software.
(Check in Device Manager / Monitors: Your screen must be correctly displayed with the real model name; if not, video lighting won't work).

If after reinstalling the software the problem recurs, you can disable virtual screens in the device manager, but you'll need to re-enable them when you need to use Teamviewer / Virtualbox etc.
