How do I replace the RGB hub? Weird connectors

My case has this RGB controller, but I can't figure out what these plugs are. It came with the case and now some plugs are dead (confirmed, I swapped). I'd like to replace it but these plugs aren't aRGB or RGB.

I've only found similar hubs used on eBay. How can I replace it?

Pictured is the blue RGB hub I thought would work but it has different plugs, with my connector on the left.

Corsair uses it's own proprietary connectors and Corsair fans are designed to be used with Corsair controllers.  The controller in your first picture is a "bare bones" Lighting Node Core controller.  It should also give it's name in CUE.  These came with certain cases in the past without the plastic shell for space/cost saving.  If you are sure it's the controller, you likely can find a Lighting Node Core fairly cheap on 3rd party sites like Ebay.  These came free with fan multipacks on that generation of fans and there are a lot of them out there.  If you wanted to bring fan speed control under CUE as well, then you would want a dual controller like the Commander XT that is both PWM and RGB.  It is however more expensive.

Are you sure it's the controller?  These fans and controller form a series circuit.  If one fan has a dead LED (break in the circuit), the lighting will stop there.  The break also can occur in the wires on the fan.  Standard first step is the move the fans around on the controller based on where the lighting stops.  If none of the fans light up, swap 1 and 5.  Controller failures can happen, but it accounts for a tiny fraction of all issues and the overwhelming majority of failures are on the fan lighting wiring.

Also, just to point that out, despie having 4 wires, they are 5 volts ARGB, and not 12 Volt analog RGB, so do not try to connect them to a 4 pin RGB or it wil kill the fan LEDs.

Corsair uses 4 wire because they have both data in, and data out to achieve daisy-chaining of the RGB effect from one fan to the other. Hence, try to swap fan RGB cables on the controller to try to locate if one fan is faulty and takes the whole chain off downstream of it.
