OneFreeMan
Hello there, I'm having an issue with my HX1200i Power Supply. It runs just fine, as well as being connected to the USB header on the mother board, the light on the PSU is green. However in iCue, it is not showing up at all. The H170i cooler that I have which is connected to the Commander Core module that came with it runs just fine. I've tried downgrading iCue to 4.32, that didn't work, reinstalling, etc. iCue v5.xx also does not install, since whenever I try to install that it shows a gray line instead of the install window. If anyone could help me get this fixed, much appreciated! Thanks
OneFreeMan
I've also tried the following options: Switching the USB header plugs from the PSU cable and Corsair Commander Core around, the Commander Core/AIO Cooler still gets recognized, so the mobo headers are working fine Using a regular USB-C to external USB-A cable and connecting the PSU to a USB port on the back of the case, instead of using the internal USB mobo header cable, and it still does not appear in iCue, however the light on the PSU still turns green, so it's not a cable issue either
