flibberty
Hi, In the last day or so my scimitar lights have all stopped activating if icue is running. This is a new behaviour with no new software/hardware changes on my side (setting aside possible background updates) If I stop icue, the rainbow pattern comes back. Historically icue has had issues with this mouse insofar as I've often needed to unplug/replug in boot to have it reognised but that's not a new problem for me and seems unrelated to this. All the mouse buttonwheel/dpi settings per profile work fine, it's just the colours which fail to show when icue is live. Brightness is maxed, fireware update and I've tried a force update. I've attached the mouse settings screenshot, the light config as well as photos of the mouse when icue is running (no light) and ones when it is not (light) to rule out lighting onboard issue. I also have the logs but the zip is too large to attach here. If someone can direct me to what logs might help I'll pull them out. I don't want to erase the history yet. I've also tried resetting the mouse to no avail. Device memory mode does nothing either. Any help appreciated.

Bill Bentgen
I'm having the same problem on 2 computers. I'm suspecting a Windows 11 update as the culprit but not sure.
Zoey95
Having the same issue. suspecting it was the windows 11 update. But also not only the lights on my mouse is messed up, but the remaping of the keys doesnt work. the extention wont load no matter what i do. the mouse just seems dead. Really frustrating as this is my favorite mouse. but there is so many consistent issues. Really frustrating...
Drizzle69
I'm having this exact same problem. I completely purged icue from my computer in windows safe mode before reinstalling it again and the macros are seemingly working again for now, but the lights on the mouse still only work when icue is closed. Highly frustrating. Really hoping Corsair sees this and helps.

As suggested earlier up in this chain, set the device level brightness to 33% in the DEVICE SETTINGS pop up. That appears to circumvent the bug. wjcjr74
I have a solution that works for me. I have tried all the suggestions I could find. I reset the mouse, reinstalled iCUE, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled firmware, set brightness to 33% (worked a little but not really). SOLUTION: For me I had to CTRL+ALT+DELETE Select Task Manager Filter for iCUE Stop iCUE process Stop all Crosair iCUE Component processes Restart iCUE Once done not only was my lighting functioning but the lighting changed correctly with the profiles which did not work when setting brightness to 33%. Hope this helps
